I did not receive my verification code by email
Check your spam folder. The code is valid for one hour: after that, start again to receive a new one.
I forgot my password
On the sign-in screen, tap “Forgot password”. You will receive a code by email to choose a new password.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by your Apple or Google account. On iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile, then “Delete my profile”. Deletion is permanent and erases your data in accordance with our privacy policy. The detailed steps are on the Delete my account page.
An incident happened during a babysitting
In an emergency, call the emergency services immediately (Magen David Adom: 101, Police: 100). Then report the incident to contact@bambinoush.com within 48 hours: see our Terms of Use.
