Delete my Bambinoush account

How to request the deletion of your account and its associated data.

From the app

1. Open the Bambinoush app.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. At the bottom of the screen, tap Delete my profile.
4. Confirm: deletion is immediate and permanent.

By email

If you no longer have access to the app, write tocontact@bambinoush.com from your account’s email address, with “Account deletion” as the subject. Your request is handled within 30 days.

Data that is deleted

• Your profile: name, email address, phone number.
• Your children’s profiles: first name, date of birth.
• All your photos: profile photo and photos of the children.
• Your messages, listings, bookings and favourites.

Data that is kept

Reviews you have published remain visible in anonymised form, to preserve the integrity of other users’ ratings. Some billing data is kept for the period required by the applicable accounting regulations.
