I did not receive my verification code by email

Check your spam folder. The code is valid for one hour: after that, start again to receive a new one.

I forgot my password

On the sign-in screen, tap “Forgot password”. You will receive a code by email to choose a new password.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by your Apple or Google account. On iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Profile, then “Delete my profile”. Deletion is permanent and erases your data in accordance with our privacy policy. The detailed steps are on theDelete my account page.

An incident happened during a babysitting

In an emergency, call the emergency services immediately (Magen David Adom: 101, Police: 100). Then report the incident tocontact@bambinoush.com within 48 hours: see ourTerms of Use.
